LIFETIME WARRANTY: Implies that Beato, Inc. will warranty the Beato Pro I bag zippers, handles, piping and stitching against failure to maintain their integrity against normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase/receipt a must for repair at no cost. Without receipt/proof of purchase from a recognized dealer, a $10.00 repair charge for any Pro I (also will apply to Pro II, Curdura and Curdura Deluxe) will apply. Party must pay for all freight charges to and from Beato manufacturing center in Carson, CA.

WATERPROOF: This claim implies that the Beato Pro I bags will resist moisture from water under normal exposure to rain, snow, sleet or hail when exposed to these elements for a limited/reasonable length of time. It does not apply for bags submerged under water/liquid of any kind for extended periods of time, nor does it imply that they are water-tight or that they will protect the instrument from mold. This claim is intended to imply that the contents in the Beato Pro I are better protected from these moisture elements than without any protection or from material with less water-resistance.

FIREPROOF: This claim implies that the Beato Pro 1 bags are protective of
their contents when exposed to flames because they are made with a fabric
that is a Registered Flame Resistant Product with the California Department
of Forestry and Fire Protection Office of the State Fire Marshall. The
fire-retardant fabric used in the Beato Pro 1 bags is coated with Lam-Tex,
which meets the flammability requirements of the State of California, Title
19 for Fabric for Exterior Use. Our claim is limited to this testing and
also based upon experience as reported to us by consumers (see story on
Beato Web site). In this specific case, the bags were destroyed by the
inferno but the drums survived. Beato, Inc. does not recommend that you
assume that you have prevented fire damage to your instruments by using the
Pro I bags. Beato, Inc. claims no responsibility for any damage to the
bags or their contents if exposed to a fire, smoke, the chemicals or
liquids used to extinguish the fire as all circumstances are unique and
recommends you refer to your insurance company.
